What is Seed Cycling?

Seed Cycling is a natural method that uses specific seeds during different phases of your menstrual cycle to help support hormonal balance over time.

How does it work?

You eat a blend of ground flax and pumpkin seeds during the first half of your cycle, then switch to sesame and sunflower seeds during the second half. Each seed supports key hormonal shifts.

What are the benefits?

Seed Cycling may help reduce PMS symptoms, regulate your cycle, improve skin clarity, reduce bloating, and support better mood and energy levels.

When should I start?

You can start Seed Cycling on Day 1 of your next period or begin at any time and adjust based on where you are in your cycle.

What if my cycle is irregular or missing?

You can follow a 28-day rhythm based on the moon phases: new moon for Day 1 and full moon for Day 14. This helps guide your body gently back into balance.

How do I know which sachet to take?

We’ve made it easy: white sachets for the first phase (Day 1 to 14), green sachets for the second phase (Day 15 to 28). Each one is labeled and pre-dosed for daily use.

Do I need to grind or prepare the seeds?

No. All seeds are freshly ground and packed in daily sachets. You just open and sprinkle, no prep needed.

How long before I see results?

Every body is different, but most people start noticing changes after 2 to 3 cycles of consistent use.

Can I take Seed Cycle if I am pregnant?

Yes, many of the seeds used in seed cycling—like flax, pumpkin, sunflower, and sesame are nutrient-rich and can be part of a healthy pregnancy diet. That said, seed cycling is designed to support the natural menstrual cycle, which isn't active during pregnancy. So while the seeds themselves are generally safe, the "cycling" part isn’t really necessary during this time. If you’re unsure, it’s always a good idea to check in with your healthcare provider.

Is Seed Cycle safe for everyone?

Our blends are made with 100% organic seeds, free of additives or allergens. That said, always check with a health professional if you have specific dietary needs or medical conditions.
